I have included the newly updated space study in this posting. You can see the changes listed below. I have broken up the pdf into smaller pieces.
- Scheduled roof replacements for East Rochester, Gonic, RMS, William Allen, and McClelland have been integrated into the document
- Restrooms at Gonic were re-located to be closer to plumbing , these are the second floor bathrooms
- Lighting replacement was added to Gonic’s improvements
- A future addition location is shown on Chamberlain (T-Shaped as an option)
- The cost on light fixtures for Maple Street was updated.
- The cost on the elevator foundation on William Allen was updated
- The priority ranking was defined on page 87
- 7 minor spelling errors were corrected throughout the document
