Honeywell Instant Alert

The snow day notification from the Honeywell Instant Alert didn’t work correctly today.  It was activated at 5:30 a.m. but didn’t go out immediately.  We talked with the Honeywell help desk and sent out two more alerts.  Then the system finally worked and everyone received three instant alerts.

Granite State Scholars

The following Spaulding High School students have been recently named Granite State Scholars…  Jessica Kierstead, Lydia Ferland, Derek Bado, Zachary Towle, Jennifer Gustafson, Sara Hussey, Spencer Pallas, Gina Roussos, and Sarah Scott.

NECAP Results

The 2008 NECAP results have been published by the State.  Grades 3 to 8 and Grade 11 take these assessments in Reading and Math.  Grades 5, 8 11 take the assessment in writing.  They are high stake District assessments that are used to determine Adequate Yearly Progress under the No Child Left Behind Act.  Rochester [...]

Fy 2010 Budget

The Rochester School Board had its first look at the School budget on January 26th at a Special Board meeting.
